Roundel | Parquet small is wrapped in France’s favourite parquet pattern, hand inscribed and glazed with vitreous slip and glaze colour. Created as decorative forms, available in two different sizes, the roundels work well arranged in groups or stand alone pieces, adding a splash of bold colour and pattern to a wall or table top.
Made by Frances in her Edinburgh studio, every work has its own unique composition and dimensions. All works are stamped with FP and the year of making.
Fired to earthenware temperatures the roundels are not intended for use as functional objects. Each roundel is supplied with an adhesive hanger for ease of installation.
